Asio Otus Bianco Enigmatico - 0.75 l
From Apulia in southern Italy, Asio Otus Bianco Enigmatico is a Chardonnay-based white wine shaped by a warm Mediterranean climate. These conditions support even ripening and define a style focused on clarity and fruit. Vinification is not documented to include oak, indicating a straightforward and accessible interpretation of the grape. Aromas suggest yellow fruits such as apple and pear, complemented by subtle citrus notes that bring freshness. The structure is soft and balanced, supported by mild acidity and a calm, uncomplicated profile. Pairs well with antipasti.

Corimbo DO Ribera del Duero 2021 Bodegas La Horra - 0.75l
Bodegas La Horra brings the Bodegas RODA team’s experience with Tempranillo to the vineyards around La Horra and Roa in Burgos, within the DO Ribera del Duero. Founded in 2009, the winery makes Corimbo from 100% Tinta del País, the local name for Tempranillo. The organically farmed, unirrigated bush vines have an average age of 25 to 30 years. Following hand harvesting and sorting, spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation in French oak vats. Corimbo then ages for 14 months in barrels, comprising 80% French and 20% American oak. Fresh blackberries and plums mingle with delicate aromatic herbs and restrained oak spice. The body is full and juicy, with fine, supple tannins. Freshness and a long, fruit-driven finish lend poise to its dense structure. It pairs well with roast lamb, braised beef and mushroom dishes. Why we recommend this wine? Corimbo combines the full-bodied structure of Ribera del Duero with fresh fruit and fine tannins. It suits Tempranillo lovers seeking substance with a restrained oak influence. Ratings James Suckling 94 points Wine Advocate 93 points Tim Atkin 93 points

Emilio Moro D.O. Ribera del Duero 2022 - 0.75l
The Emilio Moro winery has represented high quality Tempranillo wines from the D.O. Ribera del Duero for generations. Emilio Moro is the flagship wine of the estate and is produced exclusively from Tinto Fino grapes sourced from vines aged between 15 and 25 years. The vineyards around Pesquera de Duero are rooted in limestone rich clay soils, which shape the distinctive character of this Ribera del Duero. Following temperature controlled fermentation, the wine matures for twelve months in French and American oak barrels, bringing together origin, grape variety and ageing in a balanced expression. Dark cherry, blackberry and plum aromas are complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, coffee, spice and fine oak. The structure is powerful yet harmonious, supported by ripe tannins, well integrated acidity and impressive length. The combination of fruit, depth and elegance makes this Tempranillo a natural match for grilled beef, lamb dishes and mature hard cheeses.

Protos 5er Ano Reserva 2020 Bodegas Protos - 0.75l
Tinto Fino, the regional expression of Tempranillo, defines the character of Protos 5º Año Reserva, bringing depth, structure and elegance. Following 18 months of ageing in French oak barrels and several additional years in bottle, the wine develops remarkable complexity and refinement. The name «5º Año» refers to its minimum total ageing period of five years.Ripe black cherries, blackberries and plums are complemented by notes of cedar wood, cocoa, tobacco and delicate spices. The structure is powerful yet precise, supported by ripe tannins and balanced freshness. A long finish highlights the elegance and depth of this Reserva. It pairs particularly well with beef fillet, braised lamb and aged hard cheeses.

Pagliatura Vermentino Maremma DOC 2025 BIO Fattoria di Magliano - 0.75l
Fattoria di Magliano is one of the defining estates of the southern Maremma. From the Maremma Toscana DOC, Pagliatura is produced as a single-varietal Vermentino from organically farmed vineyards. The vines grow at 150 to 250 metres above sea level, on stony soils and in a climate shaped by the Tyrrhenian Sea. After destemming, the grapes undergo pre-fermentation cold maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Three months on the fine lees and a further two months in bottle give the wine structure without obscuring the clarity of the grape variety. The name Pagliatura refers to the straw-yellow colour and to a wine that expresses the white-wine identity of the Maremma with precision and restraint. Citrus fruit, pale flowers, yellow fruit and a cool, saline freshness define its profile. The texture remains slender, the lees ageing adds subtle substance, and stainless-steel vinification preserves a clear line. Suitable with fish, seafood, vegetable dishes and risotto with Mediterranean herbs.Serving temperature8 to 10 °C

Liberalia Cero D.O. 2022 - 0.75l
Liberalia Cero comes from the D.O. Toro in Castilla y León and is made entirely from Tinta de Toro. Its distinctive feature lies in the vinification: both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in American oak barrels, allowing fruit, structure and oak influence to integrate from an early stage. Liberalia also deliberately connects wine with music. Classical music accompanies the wines during maturation in the underground cellars and forms part of the family winery’s cultural identity. Ripe dark fruit combines with sweet spice and subtle toasted notes from the barrel. The tannins are mature and well integrated, while the powerful structure is supported by balanced freshness. It pairs well with beef, lamb, grilled dishes or slow-braised meats.

Enemigo Mío Tierra de Murcia IGP 2022 - 1.5 L Magnum
At the foot of the Sierra de La Pila in Paraje de La Raja, the Garnacha for Enemigo Mío grows on a four-hectare, north-facing vineyard with fresh clay soils. The grape variety takes centre stage here, closely linking the wine to its origin in the Tierra de Murcia IGP. Casa Rojo harvests the grapes by hand into 12 kg crates. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in French oak vats with a capacity of around 11,000 litres at a controlled temperature. The wine then remains in these vats for a further four months before stabilisation and bottling. With its 1.5-litre capacity, the Magnum offers a larger format for shared occasions and, due to its ratio of wine volume to oxygen, supports slower development than a standard bottle. Red cherry and wild red fruits define the clear fruit profile, accompanied by balsamic and spicy notes with subtle oak spice. Present acidity provides freshness and definition, while well-integrated tannins add structure. The Mediterranean character of Garnacha remains evident without the ageing process overshadowing the fruit. Why we recommend this wine? The combination of a single Garnacha vineyard, northern exposure and restrained ageing in large oak vats results in a style with a clear sense of origin. The Magnum is also an interesting format for dinners, gatherings and larger groups.

Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG 2021 - 0.75l
90% Sangiovese defines the character of this Chianti Classico Riserva, complemented by 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes come from Tenuta Tignanello, in the hills between the Greve and Pesa valleys, where stony, limestone-rich soils with Alberese and marl shape the wine. Since 2011, Marchesi Antinori has produced this historic label exclusively from grapes grown on the estate. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by around ten days of maceration and spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The wine then matures for approximately twelve months in French and Hungarian oak barriques, followed by a further twelve months in bottle. Black cherry, red fruit and delicate floral accents combine with cinnamon, dill and a subtle sweet spice. The structure remains firm and juicy, supported by supple tannins and a long, savoury finish. Its lively acidity provides a clear counterpoint to braised beef, game or aged Pecorino. 2021 Ratings Wine Advocate: 94+ points Vinous: 93 points Decanter: 93 points Falstaff: 93 points
