Bareksten Botanical Gin - 0.5l
This Norwegian original was producedin small batches with painstaking craftsmanship . Bareksten embodies the essence of Norway, both in flavour and character - dark, wild, stunning and dramatic. Clear flavours, inspired by old craft traditions, are the soul of Bareksten's botanical wonders.THE BOTANICAL SPIRIT Norwegian herbs, potatoes and berries fight an intense, slow and never-ending battle in extreme environments. Only the strongest and most resilient survive. Norwegian ingredients, touched only by nature, form the basis for the raw flavours of Bareksten's botanical spirits.the birthplace of the forest spirits In the mighty Norwegian forests, where sunlight rarely penetrates. In lonely landscapes inhabited only by the "Hulder" forest nymphs who live underground, surrounded by the roots of ancient oaks. This is the place where Bareksten finds his inspiration. Nordic, natural and organic ingredients form the basis for the unique flavours.THE GHOSTS Silent trees. Mighty mountains. Rugged nature. Mysterious forests. The flavour of berries and herbs pressed by Norwegian hands. Bareksten is the bottled essence of Norwegian nature. The craft has finally found its spirit.

Berliner Brandstifter Dry Gin - 0.7l
In 2013, the Berliner Brandstifter range was expanded to include Berlin Dry Gin. The vision was to create a gin that embodies the spirit of Berlin - a unique Berlin gin. Summer in the city, when the elderflowers are in bloom and the delicate mallows are in the meadows, the woodruff that you discover on a walk through the city's woods - these are all perfect scents and flavours that should be captured in a bottle of gin. The fresh flavour of Berliner Brandstifter gin is reminiscent of a carefree summer's day in the city. The gin has a juniper base full of character, refined with hints of flowers and a unique freshness. It strikes a balance between delicate, soft and floral nuances and the complex and sophisticated base of a classic dry gin.The floral aromas correspond harmoniously with the high-quality juniper flavour. Its independent personality is sufficient for a dialogue pure on ice as well as classically in a gin and tonic - it is neither boring nor overpowering. In addition to the different flavours, gins can also be divided into types based on their production, origin or composition. Dry gin is the most popular type of gin worldwide. As the "dry" in the name suggests, it is a dry and, in this sense, unsweetened gin, for the production of which no artificial flavourings may be used, only botanicals. In addition to the minimum alcohol content of 37.5 % vol., a low sugar content of 0.1 to 0.5 g per litre and at least double distillation and individual distillation of the herbs and flowers are important. Thedry gin has a very strong juniper note, which is why our Berlin Dry Gin belongs to the genre of New Western Dry Gin. Although juniper is also present here as a base note, it is pushed into the background by the botanicals used.

Hendrick's Gin - 0.05l
Hendricks Gin has been produced by the family business William Grant & Sons since 1887, and the majority is still produced by hand today. However, it is not only the fact that it is still produced using traditional methods that makes Hendricks gin so special, but above all its distinctive flavour. Hendricks Gin is flavoured with coriander, rose petals, cucumber extracts and citrus peel. This makes it ideal to enjoy neat. A special way to serve Hendrick's gin is to add cucumber slices to the gin and tonic instead of the usual lemon. It takes some getting used to visually, but the flavour is original. Awards: The company was voted "Distillery of the year" in 1999 and 2000

Arnold Holstein. In an elaborate process, the gin is distilled four times in small batches at an extremely slow energy input and then bottled in the unmistakable KNUT HANSEN ceramic bottles.
