Polish rye and purified water form the foundation of Belvedere Vodka. The brand places rye at the centre and combines it with clear, precisely guided distillation. Cask maturation is not part of this bottling, which keeps the character transparent and direct. Belvedere can therefore be placed as a Polish vodka in which origin, raw material and production are closely connected.

The aromatics are clear, smooth and finely spicy, with notes of almond, vanilla and white pepper. Jack Daniel's Old N0. 07 - 1 L

Corn, malted barley and rye form the basis of Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 Tennessee Whiskey. After distillation, the new make spirit is slowly passed through a layer of sugar maple charcoal approximately three metres deep. This process, known as Charcoal Mellowing, is a defining part of production in Lynchburg, Tennessee. The whiskey then matures in new, charred American oak barrels until the distillery determines that it has reached the desired level of maturity and characteristic balance. Dried fruit, vanilla, oak and gentle spice define the aromatic profile. Contact with the charcoal rounds out the robust grain base, while maturation in wood contributes warmth, structure and a dry, lingering finish. Old No. 7 combines the influence of sugar maple charcoal and American oak in a balanced Tennessee Whiskey. No fixed age statement is given, as the barrels are selected according to their sensory maturity.

Glera pomace from Prosecco production forms the basis of Grappa Nonino il Prosecco Bianco, a clear monovarietal grappa from Friuli Venezia Giulia. The Nonino distillery works with discontinuous distillation in copper steam stills and carefully separates heads and tails, preserving the bright, varietal aromatics with precision.
