Product information "Gazzerotta Senaría Grillo Superiore DOC Pellegrino 2024 - 0.75l"

The native grape variety Grillo thrives in the warm, Mediterranean influenced landscape of western Sicily and shapes a clear and distinctive style within the Sicilia DOC appellation. Careful harvesting and temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel preserve the freshness of the variety, followed by several months of ageing on the fine lees. Gazzerotta Senaría Grillo Superiore DOC originates from the Tenuta Gazzerotta estate near Mazara del Vallo and is produced by the historic winery Cantine Pellegrino, which has been among the defining producers of the region since the 19th century.

The structure is precise and fresh with balanced tension. Citrus, green apple and yellow stone fruit shape the aromatic profile, accompanied by floral nuances and a subtle nutty note. A delicate saline freshness adds length and reflects the maritime character of the vineyards. It pairs naturally with fish dishes, seafood or Mediterranean vegetable cuisine.

Il Salinaro Grillo - SICILIA DOC - VENDEMMIA 2024 - 0.75l
This straw-coloured white wine, made from 100% Grillo vines, comes from the province of Trapani with very hot summers and little rain. It has an intense and persistent aroma of exotic fruits and a dry, engagingly smooth, fresh and balanced flavour. An excellent accompaniment to fish and shellfish. About the winery It is safe to say that Carlo Pellegrino is something of a Sicilian institution. Founded in 1880 in the historic heart of Marsala, the world fame of the liqueur wine of the same name is closely and significantly linked to the history of the Pellegrinos. Year after year, the great Marsalas of the house receive top honours in the Gambero Rosso and are undoubtedly among the best in the world. The fact that Pellegrino does not only specialise in Marsala, however, has also been demonstrated by its outstanding wines for many years. Tripudium, for example, is undisputedly one of the best red wines in Sicily.

Dianthà Terre Siciliane IGT 2025- 0.75l
The name Diantha comes from the Greek and means "flower of Zeus". A wonderfully light summer cuvée made from Grecanico and Malvasia Bianca. The wine is a light straw yellow colour in the glass. The bouquet is elegant and fruity, reminiscent of citrus fruit, peach and wisteria. With a very light perlage, the wine tastes extremely fresh and sparkling, rounded off by the pleasantly light residual sweetness of the Malvasia grape. Can alsobe drunk as an aperitif wine instead of a spumante. Thanks to its relatively moderate alcohol content, this wine can also be enjoyed without remorse. In short, the perfect companion for a warm summer evening on the terrace.About the wineryIt is safe to say that Carlo Pellegrino is something of a Sicilian institution. Canorei Roero Arneis DOCG Riserva Tenuta Carretta 2024 - 0.75l
The Arneis grape forms the single-varietal foundation of the Canorei Riserva, rooted in the sandy and calcareous hills of Roero in Piedmont. Tenuta Carretta in Canale selects specific vineyard parcels, ferments in stainless steel and combines ageing on fine lees with partial oak influence to build structure and depth. The extended maturation required for the Riserva category enhances complexity and ageing potential. Ripe yellow fruit and citrus notes are complemented by subtle spice, delicate toasted nuances and the characteristic almond note of Arneis. The structure is dense yet precise, supported by balanced acidity and a composed, elegant texture. Pairs with structured fish dishes, poultry or refined northern Italian cuisine.
