Tempranillo, known locally as Tinto Fino in the Ribera del Duero appellation, defines this red wine from Castilla y León, sourced from old vines across several villages. Bodegas AALTO combines these diverse vineyard sites into a cuvée with a clear expression of origin. Vinification is carried out parcel by parcel, with manual harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing for around 16 months in French and American oak.

Ripe dark fruit, cherry and subtle spice are layered with fine toasted notes and a firm, precise tannin structure. The balance between density and freshness ensures clarity and length.

Eklektós Rosso Toscana IGT Cortemedicea 2018 - 0.75l

This varietal Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Toscana IGT. More precise information about the vineyards and soils has not been documented. Corte Medicea represents the Tuscan wine range within Bollina, a company founded by three wine professionals. Oenologist Andrea Bernardini contributes to its technical development. Around six days of cold maceration are followed by 16 days of fermentation with selected indigenous yeasts. The wine matures for 24 months in barriques, followed by further ageing in bottle. Red fruit, plum, blueberry and raspberry combine with mocha and a subtle peppery note. The structure is full and dense, supported by harmoniously integrated tannins and a savoury, persistent finish.
